Project
A large refinery in the Midwest called EnTech for assistance when a section of ground collapsed along a process sewer pipe. Our objective was to identify and locate the leak without interrupting work flow.
Our Technology
Our Professional Engineers used infrared thermography (IR) sensing equipment to identify the pipeline leak, and ground penetrating radar (GPR) to provide 3-D analysis for depth and density of the anomaly. By blending these technologies with expert analysis, we produced an all-inclusive report that enabled our client to quickly fix the leak.
The Personalized Solution
Our comprehensive and useful reports were produced in a timely manner, and presented in a format to enable our client to prioritize and schedule repairs and avoid costly emergency shut downs.
Our licensed Professional Engineers help you evaluate, maintain, monitor and extend the life of your infrastructure.
EnTech utilizes patented and stacked proprietary non-invasive technologies and years of experience to suggest repairs on most types of pipelines without affecting traffic, system flows and service with a major cost savings when compared to invasive testing and trenching techniques.
Our expertise includes:
- Minimize preventative maintenance time & costs (mechanical & electrical)
- Leak & corrosion detection
- Plume detection
- Pipeline system mapping
Cross-Country Pipelines
