EnTech provides subsurface diagnostics that offer a dynamic view of underground and above ground infrastructure. Our stacking technology creates a comprehensive system that supplies our clients with timely and accurate information enabling them to make informed decisions.
Commercial property leak detection begins with an Infrared Energy Pattern Analysis(IR-EPA) investigation of the suspected anomalous areas. Our (IR-EPA) systems detect specific energy patterns created by leaking pipelines, leaking roofs, hidden moisture entrapment, subsurface voids, leaking radiant heat systems and building envelopes.
Each investigation can be explored further utilizing Second Generation Ground Penetrating Microwave Radar (GPR). GPR provides 3-D views of specific areas that require more detail than IR-EPA can provide. This additional information, such as composition and depth and size of underground anomalies, can help our clients remediate underground leaks.

THE PROJECT
A HVAC company from the St. Louis area called EnTech for assistance when a commercial building was losing water through the radiant heat system. The objective was to identify and locate the leaks and provide information to assist in repairs.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
Our Professional Engineers used Infrared Energy Pattern Analysis (IR-EPA) sensing equipment to identify the pipeline leak, and Second Generation Ground Penetrating Microwave Radar (GPR) to provide 3-D analysis including depth and density of the anomalies. By blending these technologies with expert analysis, we produced an all-inclusive report that enabled our client to quickly fix the leak.
THE PERSONALIZED SOLUTION
Our comprehensive and useful reports were produced in a timely manner and presented in a format to enable our client to prioritize and schedule repairs and avoid costly emergency shut downs.
Our licensed Professional Engineers can help you evaluate, maintain, monitor and extend the life of your infrastructure.
EnTech utilizes patented and stacked proprietary non-invasive technologies and years of experience to suggest repairs on most types of commercial properties without affecting traffic, system flows or the building. Such an approach represents major cost savings when compared to invasive testing and replacement of the building.
